Not easy. That's how Quique Setién defined how it's like to coach Lionel Messi. He explained that Messi has manners and behaviors that makes it difficult to coexist in the same locker room with him. He concluded that Messi has ways of expressing himself that aren't throw football, which complicates everything.

Quique Setién talked for the first time since he part ways with FC Barcelona after Bayern Munich defeated them 2-8 on the UEFA Champions League quarter finals. In Barcelona he coached for just 25 games, with a very poor record of 16 wins, 5 losses and 4 draws.

Talking to Vicente del Bosque for El País, Quique Setién added that Messi is very reserved, that he doesn't talk much but that he sees everything. And he went further and commented that there is people who believe that Messi is bigger that Barcelona, although he didn't specified if he was speaking about the Argentinian playmaker.

Finally, Setién said that the bad manners of Messi are the cause of letting a player get use to win absolutely everything without correcting him when he doesn't behave well. And he added that he can't change how Messi is because Messi is the best player in history, and no one really knows how hard it is to win so many things.
