Napoli are top of the Serie A after 14 games while Chelsea are top of the Premier League after 13 games. Chelsea are top of their UEFA Champions League group and have qualified for the next round while Napoli is still to qualify in their UEFA Europa League group.
Chelsea have played 13 games in the Premier League, they have won nine, drew three and lost just one. They have scored 31 goals and are the meanest defence in Europe's top five leagues and have only conceded 5 goals. They are just a point ahead of second placed Manchester City.
Napoli have played 14 league games, they have won 11, drew two and lost just one. They have scored 30 goals and conceded just seven, only Chelsea have conceded less in Europe's top five leagues. They are three points ahead of second placed AC Milan.
