Atlético de Madrid has signed some top players during the last transfer windows. Diego Simeone made an incredible work at the club and achieve to convince some important players to arrive, to compete in a team that every year performs better and ends very near to their principal objectives.
Thinking on the next season, Simeone is trying to convince an attacker to move to Atlético. He is Arkadiusz Milik, the Polish striker aged 26 who will for sure leave Napoli and could move to the Spanish side. He hasn’t been playing during the past campaign for the Italian team, as he is convinced to depart.
Even though the attacker has a reported value of $30 million, his transfer could be made for free as his contract will end on June 2021, and he is able to negotiate with every club he wants to since January. At Napoli, he played 122 games, scoring 48 goals and giving five assists, before being axed.
If Milik moves for free, Napoli will be losing a fortune, as they spent $34 million for the forward on August 2016, when he was playing for Ajax. In the past he also played for Rozwoj formed team, Górnik, Bayer Leverkusen, FC Augsburg, Ajax and Napoli. The chance of moving to Atlético de Madrid is the first one to play in a top European side for him.
