Griezmann fights with Koeman, does not perform at FC Barcelona and now look at the final destination of the French

Antoine Griezmann never really fit since he arrived FC Barcelona. At first, he was overshadowed by Luis Suárez and, when the Uruguayan left, he couldn’t make a good attacking duo with Lionel Messi. After all, he had many chances and never bright as he was expected to.

Barcelona won against Dynamo Kyiv in the third victory of Ronald Koeman’s side on Champions League, but it wasn’t as everyone was waiting to be. The local team achieved a worked triumph and couldn’t make the difference that it was supposed to.

The performance of Griezmann was just awful: he touched 22 times the ball during the hour that he was on the field, before being replaced. He is not playing in the side of the field he wanted to, and that is why he is not comfortable with the Dutch coach. The French attacker has now played 56 matches with Barça jersey and scored just 16 goals and gave four assists. His quality is not in doubt, but he couldn’t prove it at his new club.

With Barcelona submerged in a financial crisis, it is time to think that the French forward could be sold. Atlético de Madrid, that sold him for more than $125 million, could be interested on recovering a player of his conditions and for Barça it may be a good deal to gain some money and give chances to the younger ones.
