Former Cruz Azul and Santos Laguna is waiting for an intensive therapy bed because he has Covid-19

It's about the Paraguayan Denis Caniza, a historical one of said South American team, is infected with coronavirus and, unfortunately, they have him housed in "a hospital corridor" waiting for an intensive therapy bed to be treated for the infection. Nelson Pipino Cuevas, who shared a jersey with Denis in the Paraguayan team, revealed to ABC Cardinal that his friend and former partner in his dressing room is with low oxygen saturation and suffers from the explosion of cases within the health system of his country.

"Everything's complicated because we cannot find a place for him, his saturation is between 80 and 83 and intensive care is needed, they have him with oxygen to improve, but currently he is in a corridor waiting for an intensive therapy room and perhaps Let's take him to a private sanatorium, let's pray that everything goes well", said Cuevas.

Several ex-footballers from Paraguay have provided dissemination and financial assistance so that Caniza finds a suitable place to recover from the virus, although the passage of time and the lack of solutions threaten his health and his chances of recovering properly.
