Chicharito Hernández is having an awful season in LA Galaxy and rumors say that he may be leaving soon. After some dispute with head coach Guillermo Barros Schelotto, the Mexican striker is thinking on leaving and his former club Chivas de Guadalajara is always interested on signing him.

The attacker was only 22 years old when Manchester United paid more than $8 million to sign him from Chivas. Afterwards he also played for Real Madrid, Bayer Leverkusen, West Ham and Sevilla before traveling to the MLS. LA Galaxy signed him on January 2020 for $9 million.

But, after 10 years since he left, Chicharito may be coming back to Chivas at age of 32. Adviser sport officer of the Mexican club Ricardo Peláez said that they just started talking with head coach Víctor Manuel Vucetich about the possible signings for the next season and Chicharito's name is on their board.

Peláez clarified that he like compromised players who are at a good level and that if Chicharito goes back to Mexico, he has to show a huge effort in every game. During the MLS Is Back Tournament the attacker scored a goal and got injured afterwards and since the start of the regular season of the MLS he played nine games scoring no goals and giving no assists, at a worrying level.
