Chivas fans threatened the squad before playing against Cruz Azul

The Rojiblancas waving flags and the chants of support were replaced this time by claims and demands in the reception of Chivas to Mexico City, prior to their match against Cruz Azul on Day 14 of Guard1anes 2021 in Liga MX.

However, this time the fans carried signs demanding that Chivas respect their historic colors and improve the results in Guard1anes 2021, after finding themselves up to 15th place in the standings, which has the team even out of the repechage zone.

"A lot of salary, few eggs. Respect the colors", could be read on the sign of one of the Guadalajara supporters, while the players stepped on capital soil, after winning only two of the 12 games they have played, while they have tied in seven and lost three times.
