America vs. Chivas: which is the club with the most fans in the world

Club America and Chivas are said to be the two most popular clubs in Mexico and two of the most in the whole world as well. They have a large story of gaining titles and competing for important things that made that millions of people follow them every time they play.

Despite what everyone may think, it was hard to know until now who was the club with more fans. Consulta Mitofsky made a census and got to know that there is a huge difference that makes America the most popular club overcoming Chivas by a big difference. The distance between this two was not that big last year, but now have certainly increased.

The census results point out that 32.1% of the fans are of America, while just 16.2% are of Chivas. This is year it was a very special one for both sides, that faced each other on tournament Guard1anes in two games that ended with the victory of the less popular ones.

Nevertheless, the same census asked fans which was the most hated team through all Mexico and the answer was also America, with a 36.8% leading the table, being Chivas the second ones, with 21.1%. With no doubts, America is the most loved and hated Liga MX side.
