If one reviews the list of the best Brazilian players of all time, the name of Ronaldinho without a doubt appears on the list made up of Pele, Socrates, Zico, Bebeto, Ronaldo and Neymar, among many others. But once retired, the different situations in his life played a trick on him to the point that he was very close to bankruptcy. But like the Phoenix, he was reborn from the ashes: after being in prison in Paraguay, Dinho's economy grew by leaps and bounds.

While anyone would avoid spending a day in jail, the Brazilian's stay wasn't an ordeal. While he was detained together with brother Roberto de Assis Moreira for entering with a false passport, he enjoyed various privileges behind bars. This's how Ronaldinho was allowed to use a cell phone and had cable television, a fan and even a refrigerator in his cell. In addition, he constantly received visitors and played some games with the other prisoners, to whom he also showed his skills with him in "futvolley".

After being released after the payment of an important bail, which was used in various charities, Ronaldinho contracted coronavirus and, like several, did not have a good time at all. And if we add to that the fact that his mother, one of the main pillars of his life, died of the disease, nothing could predict Dinho's resurgence.

It's estimated that in all this time since he was released he not only managed to recover the million reais that he paid as bail, but in that period he obtained about 4 million more, between campaigns and advertising. In contrast to what was believed, Dinho's image grew greatly.
