Diego Maradona was loved by Argentinian fans, and soccer players were not an exception. Lionel Messi's tribute showing the Newell's shirt Maradona had went viral around the globe, but another player, someone who played with Messi in the last World Cup in 2018, did something else in his honor.

This player is Nicolas Tagliafico, a left back for Ajax and the Argentina national team. This talented and hardworking defender is one of the best players Argentina has right now, and fans love him because he never had a bad match and always gave his best. And when he heard the news about Maradona's death, he did something to remember him.

In the warm up before Ajax match versus Midtjylland for UEFA Champions League group stage, Tagliafico asked the sound people of the stadium to play the song 'Live is Life', by Opus, and made an imitation of Maradona's remembered warm up with that exact song when he played for Napoli, before a match versus Bayern Munich.

Ajax won 3-1 that match, and Tagliafico played the 90 minutes. He never watched Diego Maradona play because he was a kid when he retired, but Nico knows everything about him and now experimented, with that little dances in the warm up, the fun Maradona felt everytime he touched a ball.
