Soccer world is full of players who are set to be the successor of those who marked an era. But at River Plate Carrascal shone once again, proving what he is capable to do. After 29 games played, most of which he entered from the bench, he scored four goals, gave three assists and delighted head coach Marcelo Gallardo. With a contract until June 2022, it is likely that he will move to Europe soon.

International press reported that many top European teams are looking forward to sign Carrascal, as his actual value is not that high, and he may be a significant signing for every team.
