When you are a star in soccer or NBA and you manage to handle your fortune like icons like Shaquille O’Neal and David Beckham did, then you are guaranteed a high life quality for the rest of your days. Among lots of possessions, they have been owners of two luxury mansions in United States.

Before becoming Inter Miami’s owner and founder, Beckham had an impressive mansion in Beverly Hills. He bought it with his wife Victoria in 2007, having paid $18.2 million. It’s a massive 11,497-square-feet property with assets like a media and music room, library, swimming pool and its own elevator.

Back in 1993, Shaquille O’Neal was having an extraordinary breakout in NBA wearing Orlando Magic’s colors. Then, he bought his own mansion in Orlando, Florida. It is a 31,000-square-feet complex that includes 12 bedrooms, over ten bathrooms and a 6,000-square-feet indoor basketball court, as reported by New York Times.

Eleven years after buying the mansion, the Beckhams sold it for $33 million, almost doubling the investment. A week ago, Business Insider reported Shaquille has sold his, but first he offered it for $28 million in 2018, then lowered the price to $21.9 million one year later, and has recently let it go for $16.5 million.
