Ronaldo Nazario was one of the most famous and emblematic players during the 2000s. The Brazilian attacker played for very top European teams, as FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, AC Milan or Inter, and transformed into a complete idol in the soccer world. But not everything was fine afterwards.

When the striker stopped playing in the competitive leagues, he started experiencing weight problems. Even in his last days as a professional player, when he was at Corinthians, it was easy to see that he was not in his very best form. Many got worried even about his health conditions, after seeing those images.

Ronaldo loved to eat junk food, drank a lot of alcohol and practiced no sport after his retirement. That combination made him to weigh more than 100 kilos. But one day, he decided to change a start a new life as a businessman. That resounding change helped him to improve his physical form as well and take care of his image.

The forward stopped being the fat Ronaldo and started with an eating plan, a diet made by Massimiliano Sala, the nutritionist who treated him. He complemented that with 2 or 3 hours a day doing physical exercises, what helped him to recover his form. Nowadays, he is the president and owner of Real Valladolid Spanish side and has lost many kilos since those times in which he was fat.
