Ronaldinho and Buffon launch digital tokens, see how the two legends compare in wealth

Brazilian football legend and Italian legends Ronaldinho and Gianluigi Buffon have both launched NFTs (non-fungible tokens) launched on different cryptocurrency exchange platforms.

The collections celebrate key moments from the two decorated individuals' careers and pay tribute to their impressive and numerous personal and professional achievements.

Ronaldinho, 41, had a career with success for both clubs and country, including lots of individual awards, a net worth of about $90m accumulated from his playing career and lots of endorsements and ambassador roles after retirement.

Buffon, who at 43 is still active and back to his boyhood club Parma has a net worth of $20m from football, endorsements and investments. He is behind Ronaldinho in wealth despite the Brazilian retiring in 2015.

Both are World Cup winners, Ronaldinho won in 2002 with Brazil while Buffon won with Italy in 2006.
