He went too far: what would Ronaldo Nazario give to have the trophies he could never win

Ronaldo Nazario has lived the dream of every soccer fan when he won the World Cup with Brazil in 2002, scoring the two goals of the final and eight in the whole competition, to be the top scorer of the tournament. And he is the only player to play for FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, Inter and AC Milan.

But still, he missed out on winning the most important club tournaments of Europe and South America: UEFA Champions League and Copa Libertadores respectively. And he said what he would give in exchange for having the medals of the winner of both and people were impressed.

Because Ronaldo said he would have given his pinky fingers. He told that before the Libertadores final where Palmeiras beat Santos. The former striker said he would have liked to win that tournament with Cruzeiro and Corinthians, the clubs with he played that tournament for.

But about Champions League, he said he would have loved to win it with Real Madrid and Inter, omitting FC Barcelona and AC Milan. He admitted he envies the players who won any of those tournaments, and even though he won the World Cup, he always wants more.
