Working with Lionel Messi and Diego Maradona is a blessing that very few people in the world have ever experimented. About Messi, the fitness coach highlighted his discipline and humility. He said Lio is a very professional athlete who never acted entitled, asking for schedules and respecting them. He said he is very grateful to him, because he always was respectful and never abused of being a star, settling the example for his teammates.

He talked about the comparison between both legends and said there is no best, adding that they should not be compared because they are two different gifted monsters. Paolorosso, who also works for FIFA, has worked with Tata Martino for 15 years at Paraguay, Newell's, FC Barcelona and Argentina.
