Diego Maradona had an incredible fortune. Money, cars, houses, shirts, lots of things all around the world. He did not leave a will, so there is a legal conflict between his five recognized children (Dalma, Giannina, Diego Jr, Jana and Diego Fernando), his last lawyer Matias Morla and maybe, some other people who claim Diego is their father.

Some time ago Mauricio D'Alessandro, Morla's attorney, revealed that there was enough money for the five to not have to work ever again in their lives. But recently, he gave bad news for the family. Because Maradona had a debt so big that if paid, the successors will not get so much.

According to him, Diego Maradona has a 31 million dollar debt with Italian treasury, from the time he played for Napoli between 1984 and 1992. It is possible to avoid the payment, but they will need someone from the Italian government to help, and someone there will want that debt to be paid.

So nobody knows who will keep the inheritance. The legal conflict got a new powerful competitor, and might take almost all of there is left for the family. The situation was difficult before, but has just got worse. So they will try to get some legal resource to make the debt disappear and not need to work ever again.
