FIFA 22 is currently available in the international market and there are a couple of things that do not add up to the community. Something that is hard to believe for the most loyal players of the EA Sports simulator is the decision to remove 17 national teams. Worst part? Most are part of Conmebol.
As if Latin American football was worthless, FIFA 22 removed the teams from Uruguay, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay and Venezuela. In short, only Argentina and Brazil remained, both with non-real players and only with the official shirt and shield. The other selections that are not available are Ivory Coast, Egypt, India, Slovenia, South Africa, Switzerland and Turkey. The team that did return to the simulator is Ukraine.
One reason for removing these selections is that FIFA 22 was designed for Ultimate Team and online mode, so local teams take a back seat. EA Sports decided to bet on local leagues and world stars.
