Brighton’s manager Roberto de Zerbi could have really bad news for the fans of the Seagulls in the next few weeks, as he would have been recently linked with a top European club, who would be willing to sign him for managing their next big project in Italian and European football.

The team in question would be AC Milan, who according to the Italian journal La Gazzetta Dello Sport would have already started to track the potential signing of the Italian manager, considered the best option to redirect the project of the Rossoneri, who are not delivering a good performance this season.

In this sense, it would be worth mentioning that AC Milan are currently third in the league with 33 points, eleven points behind Inter Milan, who are on the top of the table. The bad results gotten by the Rossoneri under the management of Stefano Pioli would have caused the annoyance of the club’s sporting direction, who would have identified Roberto de Zerbi as the best manager to sign.

Brighton’s manager could leave at the end of the season

Following this information, Brighton’s manager could end the season with the Seagulls before taking a new challenge in his career, as he would have been surprised and flattered by Milan’s interest and would be willing to accept a potential proposal coming from the Italian side in the summer.
