Columbus Crew, with the Argentines Lucas Zelarrayán and Milton Valenzuela as starters, was one step away from the quarterfinals of the Concacaf Champions League by beating Real Estelí of Honduras by a categorical 4-0. Retaliation will be played on April 14 at the Crew Stradium in Ohio.

The match was played in Tegucigalpa and the MLS team's goals were scored by Gyasi Zardes (2), Jonathan Mensah from Ghana and Pedro Santos from Portugal.
Zelarrayán (former Belgrano) and Valenzuela (former Newell's Old Boys) played the 90 minutes in the Columbus Crew, which's preparing for the start of the US league scheduled for April 16, where they long to win the title again.
