Manchester United would attempt to steal this signing from Olympique Lyon

Tyrell Malacia is being purchased by Olympique Lyonnais, but Manchester United is attempting to sabotage the transaction. The 22 year-old was scheduled to join the French team after a modest €15 million fee was agreed upon.

After closing in to agreeing to a transfer fee of £56 million plus add-ons for Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong, Manchester United is now attempting to secure a last-minute transfer swoop for Malacia.
The left-back for Feyenoord and De Jong have the same agent, and Manchester United has made it known that they want both players.
Tyrell Malacia’s new challenges
Malacia has played for Feyenoord his whole professional career, making his debut there against Napoli in the 2017 Champions League at the age of 18. He later went on to represent the Netherlands internationally, and Ten Hag was impressed with his Eredivisie efforts.
The player, who was poised to transfer to France with Lyon until Man Utd's last-minute intervention, will have to make a decision.
