Serbian striker Dusan Vlahovic is resisting a move to Arsenal and his reasons are compelling, according to Sky Sports, which also provides a possible date for his future to be known.

However, the player has stated that he does would leave Fiorentina until the summer, according to information from the aforementioned media, even though the Gunners had already put €70 million on the table to take him.

This represents a hard blow to Arsenal, which was urging to take him as soon as possible, to secure his place in the Champions, given the great moment Vlahovic is going through in Italian soccer.

Vlahovic has 44 Serie A goals and 7 assists so far, so he is the logical choice for any European giants who need to secure their future in the competition.

However, when the reasons for the player's reluctance to move to the Premier League were revealed, it became clear that what the player wants is to take care of his development to reach a European giant.

What are the compelling reasons why Vlahovic resists going to Arsenal?

According to the aforementioned media, among the reasons why the Serbian striker would not go to the Gunners would be the succession of Aubameyang's nonsense and the upcoming departure of Lacazette

And no wonder: Aubameyang has not only become a constant headache for his team, but also the Gabon national team, so it is not surprising that his indiscipline has worried the Serbian striker.

Just a few days ago it was revealed that "Auba" had escaped from the team's training camp to go to a party with other teammates

And later it was revealed that the Arsenal striker was infected with COVID-19 and that after recovering, he is suffering from heart disease.

On the other hand, Alexandre Lacazette will not remain at Arsenal. According to the Daily Express, the French striker has decided not to renew his contract with the "Gunner" team and will leave for free next summer

The French striker will leave Arsenal at the end of a year that has not been very positive for him either.

Due to this context, the player would be willing to leave Serie A and go to Arsenal or any other team but until June, just when the next Champions League is starting because the striker wants to be in a team that competes in that tournament.

It is not at all difficult to imagine the player's context if he were to arrive at Arsenal this winter: not only would he not have a healthy adaptation period.

But he would be expected to continue his scoring streak and push Arsenal into the Champions League, which while not impossible, would put him under tons of pressure by joining one of Europe's giants

This is a sign that the Serie A Capocannoniere (17 goals in 2021) is planning his future well and does not want his next move out of Fiore to be to the detriment of his career.

So his departure in this winter market can be ruled out, but what can't be ruled out is that in the summer Arsenal is going to come back with everything in pursuit of Vlahovic

And it is most likely that in his next attack the player will become a Gunner and play in the Champions League with one of the European giants.
