Transfermarkt has released its latest market value update for the Premier League, the most valuable football league in the world. Nearly 530 players have had their valuations revised, with the total market value of the league now standing at a staggering €11.75 billion. Chelsea's Cole Palmer, Aston Villa's Morgan Rogers, and Arsenal's young prospect Ethan Nwaneri are among the biggest winners in this update. At the club level, Chelsea's squad has seen the largest increase in overall value, while Manchester City's has experienced a drop of over €70 million.
Palmer enjoys the most significant individual increase in this update, with a €40 million surge thanks to his excellent start to the season. This catapults his market value to €130 million, making the Chelsea attacking midfielder the eighth most valuable player globally. Rogers (€+18m to €40m), Nwaneri (€+18m to €30m), Southampton's Tyler Dibling (€+17m to €22m), Chelsea's Nicolas Jackson (€+15m to €55m), and Liverpool's Ryan Gravenberch (€+15m to €55m) are also among the players with the highest increases in value.
Díaz, Mac Allister, and Caicedo See Their Values Rise
Within Arne Slot's impressive Liverpool squad, both Luis Díaz and Alexis Mac Allister have seen their values increase by €5 million each. The Colombian winger enjoys his second consecutive increase and, with a value of €85 million, becomes the most valuable Colombian player in history. Across all competitions, the former Barranquilla FC youth player has contributed nine goals and three assists. The central midfielder, Mac Allister, another regular starter under Slot, has seen his value increase for the third time in a row, reaching a career-high of €80 million, making him the second most valuable Argentine player currently.
In terms of Spanish players, the standout performer in this update is Arsenal's goalkeeper, David Raya. The Spanish international experiences a €5 million rise, reaching €40 million, and now leads the rankings of the most valuable goalkeepers in the Premier League. Thanks to this jump and his six clean sheets in the Premier League this season, the Barcelona native is now considered one of the top three goalkeepers in the market. Regarding the injured Rodri, the 2024 Ballon d'Or contender maintains his market value of €130 million but falls to fifth place in the Premier League's value rankings.
