After public charges have been made for Everton and Nottingham Forest, the Premier League will soon break their silence on the 115 charges that Manchester City received. The 115 financial breaches are from across nine different Premier League seasons.

Manchester City has been alleged to break the Premier League's profitability and sustainability rules [PSR] from 2015-2018. There is so much to unpack from their situation, resulting in a possible hearing to occur finally. Many football fans questioned how quickly the Premier League punished Everton and are now charging other clubs. These clubs have broken Financial Fair Play [FFP] rules more recently. Man City has allegedly not broken any FFP rules in recent years after 2019.

Man City's breaching of rules during the last decade was also the same time Sheik Mansour took over the club. During this decade, from 2009-2018, the club won three Premier League titles, an FA Cup, and three League Cup trophies. This decade of breaching is causing the process to take longer than Everton and Nottingham Forest's situation.

Many hope for the situation to unfold and want answers quickly. Man City's hearing date might be sooner rather than later. The Premier League chief executive Richard Masters has spoken on the situation.

Richard Masters confirms a hearing date for Man City's breaches has been set but did not reveal it

The Premier League chief executive Richard Masters has a date set for Manchester City's 115 alleged financial and ruling breaches but did not disclose the date. A report by Mail Sport stated that in November, the Premier League and Man City agreed to begin the case in the autumn of this year.

Masters says, "The volume and character of the charges laid against Manchester City are being held in a completely different environment [compared to Everton & Forest]. I can't give you any details beyond saying a date has been set for that proceeding." The Telegraph reports that progress on the hearing could be made as early as next week.
