Arsenal have been given a potential boost in their pursuit of Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic, as the Serbian faces increased competition for playing time at the Italian club.

Vlahovic, who has been a long-term target for the Gunners, has scored 12 goals for Juventus this season. However, the recent arrival of Randal Kolo Muani from Paris Saint-Germain has shaken things up.

Juventus manager Thiago Motta opted to start Kolo Muani ahead of Vlahovic in their recent Serie A clash against Napoli. Although Kolo Muani opened the scoring, Juventus ultimately lost the match.

Motta explained his decision to bench Vlahovic, stating, "He is coming back from a small injury, he helped the team a great deal and knows he can be a very important choice off the bench to give us different characteristics in the second half to maintain or even raise the level over the 95 minutes."

This decision could fuel speculation regarding Vlahovic's future in Turin, with Arsenal among the clubs heavily linked with a move for the striker. However, Vlahovic is not the only striker on Arsenal's radar. The Gunners are also reportedly interested in Victor Osimhen, Alexander Isak, Benjamin Sesko, and Viktor Gyokeres.

The January transfer window remains open, and Arsenal will be looking to strengthen their squad in the coming weeks.
