PSG's Luis Enrique explains subbing off Mbappé out at halftime

PSG drew 0-0 against AS Monaco at the Stade Louis-II Stadium. PSG are still first in Ligue 1 and are now on 55 points while Monaco stays in thrid with 42 points. PSG did not make headlines for drawing 0-0 against Monaco but rather about Kylian Mbappé's involvement in the game. Mbappé was subbed off early in the last PSG game against Rennes. The French star was subbed off in the 65th minute against Rennes, but now he was subbed off before the second half started.

Mbappé did not play the second half of the game against AS Monaco and was seen walking around the stadium in his normal clothes. Mbappé was seen sitting on the stands with his mother. The French star was seen on the phone and was really relaxed about sitting out for the second half. The rumors of Mbappé joining Real Madrid seem more evident than ever as the player is not complaining about not playing for PSG anymore.

Ben Jacobs reports that PSG has yet to comment on Kylian Mbappé's attitude this evening and whether or not he will be punished. Luis Enrique may well make a decision. Many sources are baffled by this surreal and ridiculous image of Mbappé looking unbothered about the PSG game.

Luis Enrique spoke after the game and said he was unaware of what Mbappé was doing in the stands. Luis Enrique said, "I didn't see what was happening off the pitch. That's part of the soccer show, and my show is about what happens on the pitch."

Luis Enrique says there is no issue with Mbappé as he subbed him off for the second consecutive PSG game

Luis Enrique insisted that he has no problems with Mbappé since he subbed him off early against Monaco. Enrique said, "Taking Mbappé off? Sooner or later we will have to play without Kylian, so I try to find the best option for the team, what I think is best for the team. Is this related to his departure?
