Not Vinicius, the player Real Madrid should keep for the next few years

Real Madrid have an amazing season thanks to their entire squad.

Vinicius is shinning for Real Madrid despite missing games due to injury but this player has scored more than the Brazilian.

Real Madrid continues to demonstrate their amazing season with more wins in La Liga. Real Madrid only suffered two losses this season in all competitions. Those two losses happen to be their local rivals, Atletico Madrid, who they will be playing on Sunday at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Real Madrid fans were worried about taking on this season without a world-class striker. The only attackers they registered in the first team for the whole season are Vinicius Jr, Rodrygo, Joselu, and Nico Paz. Despite Jude Bellingham being the top goal scorer, he was brought in to be a midfielder and not a “striker.”

Bellingham has 14 goals in La Liga and 18 goals in all competitions for Real Madrid this season. Vinicius was the second top goal scorer for Real Madrid last season, with 17 goals combined in La Liga and the Champions League. Due to injuries, Vinicius has struggled to score. The Brazilian is not in the top three goal scorers so far with Real Madrid this season. This underrated player has become the second top goal scorer in the Real Madrid team this season with fewer starts than Vinicius and Rodrygo.

Joselu is the second top goal scorer of Real Madrid this season

Despite criticisms from some fans about joining the club, Joselu has been an important player for the team. The 33-year-old striker played 22 La Liga matches and started 9 of those. Joselu mostly plays coming from the bench, but he has had 13 goals in all competitions so far this season for Real Madrid. Behind him is Rodrygo with 12 goals. Joselu is currently on loan from Espanyol but could stay at Real Madrid next season because the player is happy at the club and is delivering on the pitch.
