FC Barcelona are working with young players at the moment, and they will consider continuing this way for many years. La Masia has produced many quality players over the years, and they continue to do so. Lamine Yamal and Pau Cubarsi are the two main young players who have earned a starting spot on the team and are becoming crucial players. Other young players have played this season to replace injured players throughout the season, like Ronald Araujo, Alejandro Balde, Jules Kounde, and more. Xavi playing these young players has given them more experience, and now young players with not as many minutes as Yamal and Cubarsi are also receiving offers from other clubs that are big fees for young players.

Lamine Yamal reportedly received an offer worth over $200 million from another club. Some reports suggested that the club was PSG, but no confirmation from the FC Barcelona president Joan Laporta concluded that statement. Laporta said, "We’re receiving crazy bids for players like Lamine Yamal, around €200m, and we’re rejecting, of course. We trust Lamine, and we don’t need to sell."

Yamal isn't the only young player that has received an offer from other clubs. According to Mundo Deportivo reporter Fernando Polo, FC Barcelona has rejected an offer of $37 million for Hector Fort. The club is working to renew his contract. The young defender has only played four La Liga matches this season for FC Barcelona and is often played as a right back or as a left back. He's also played in the Champions League game in two Copa del Rey matches. Fort is 17 years old and also seems like another young player who will shine in Barcelona.
