Mbappé not the only one coming to Real Madrid, the player they want for cheap

Kylian Mbappé's time at PSG is numbered after many reports suggested that the player had told his club that he would not renew his contract in the summer. As his contract expires in the summer, the French star is counting the days until he can announce his departure to the public and soon announce a move he has been dreaming of. Real Madrid are big favorites to sign Mbappé, and it almost seems official that the move will happen this summer. While Real Madrid and Mbappé are close to sealing a deal, Madrid has reportedly been in talks with another young football star who is willing to join as well.

Real Madrid are desperate to have Kylian Mbappé next season, but they have been looking at Bayern Munich's Alphonso Davies for quite some time. Davies seemed like a dream signing on top of Mbappé as the deal seemed expensive ,but now with Mbappé joining on a free transfer, the deal for Davies could happen. The Canadian left-back has reportedly felt excited about the opportunity to join the Spanish giants and the move is possible this summer. Davies' contract expires next year, and Bayern Munich does not want to let him go for free.

Bayern Munich set a price of around $76 million for Davies, and Madrid agreed to pay a fee of around $54 million. Diario AS reports that Bayern Munich has demanded $65 million for the player. Real Madrid believes that the right price to pay for Alphonso Davies is $43 million. Real Madrid is trying to find the cheapest price possible since Bayern Munich is desperate to sell in case Davies does not renew with the German club.

Alphonso Davies' agent denies any talks with other clubs at the moment

Fabrizio Romano reported that Alphonso Davies’ agent, Nedal Huoseh, denied any talks with other clubs. Huoseh said, “There is nothing agreed or concrete with any club. Alphonso’s focus at this time is FC Bayern. We will consider all our options for the future in the next months."
