Chelsea drew 2-2 against Brentford while Liverpool beat Nottingham Forest 1-0 in the Premier League today. Chelsea played Brentford at the Gtech Community stadium while Liverpool gets a late winner thanks to Darwin Nunez against Nottingham Forest at The City Ground. Chelsea saved a point as they were trailing 2-1 until a late header from Axel Disasi, while Liverpool's win feels like a huge step towards the Premier League title.

Chelsea took the lead against Brentford in the 35th minute when a cross by Malo Gusto was met by a great header by Nicolas Jackson. The Senegalese head the ball in the bottom left corner. In the second half, Brentford drew the game in the 50th minute. Mads Roerslev manages to poke the ball past Petrovic to get the equalizer for Brentford.

In the 69th minute, after a couple of attempted clearances, Yoane Wissa scores an overhead kick that goes into the left corner to make it 2-1 to Brentford. It was a spectacular goal, and the Bees completed the comeback. The game didn't end there as in the 83rd minute, The Blues found the equalizer. From a short corner, Cole Palmer crossed the ball to Axel Disasi at the back post and headed the ball into the net to make it 2-2

Darwin Nunez wins it late for Liverpool against Forest in the 99th minute!

Liverpool struggled against Nottingham Forest, as they took 22 shots in total. Before the late winner, Liverpool only had one shot on target, while Nottingham Forest had two shots on target. Darwin Nunez came on in the 60th minute, and Liverpool looked more dangerous in the attack.

Forest were hanging on as after the 90 minute mark, the referee added 8 minutes. Liverpool had a shot saved by Forest keeper Sels with one hand. In the 99th minute, Alexis Mac Allister crossed the ball in the box and Darwin Nunez rose above Williams to head the ball into the bottom corner. The Liverpool fans went wild, and the goal gave Liverpool three crucial points.

Liverpool are still first in the Premier League with 63 points while Chelsea are 11th with 36 points.
