Liverpool started intensely as they lead 1-0 against Chelsea. Liverpool had one of first best chances of the game as Darwin Nunez tried to lob the ball over Chelsea’s keeper Petrovic. Conor Bradley passes a beautiful ball to Nunez, and as he goes for a ball over Petrovic, Nunez shoots with low power. Petrovic catches it easily.

A controversial call arrived in the 7th minute when Chelsea came close to scoring the opener. Raheem Sterling dribbles on the left, and as he cts inside, he passes the ball to Conor Gallagher, who takes a great touch in the box. He tries to shoot but is brought down by Van Dijk’s challenger. The referee and VAR said there was no penalty after reviewing the play.

Nunez gets close again when Jota passes the ball to the Uruguayan. Nunez shoots from 25 yards, and the shot just goes over the crossbar. Petrovic does get a fingertip on the ball to send it over the crossbar. Nunez has been intense in this game, trying more shots, but one goes wide, and another gets blocked.

Nunez doesn't stop again after Konate gives a great pass to the striker. Nunez waits for the perfect time to strike, and as he shoots, Petrovic gets a hand to it to send it to the post and out.
