Cristiano Ronaldo has found success everywhere he goes in his career as he delivers consistently on the pitch. He has done it once again, and this time in Saudi Arabia, as Al Nassr continues winning in the Saudi Pro League. Ronaldo is the top goal-scorer in the league, scoring 29 goals and ten assists. The Portuguese striker has contributed to 39 goals in 25 Saudi Pro League matches, and he is still a shining 39-year-old. While Ronaldo is taking over in the Saudi Pro League, a former teammate of his during his Real Madrid days is not having the best season with his team. Ronaldo's ex-teammate could potentially leave Saudi Arabia soon after his recent comments about his struggling season.

Ronaldo's former teammate, Karim Benzema, is struggling in the Saudi Pro League this season. Benzema joined Al Ittihad last summer from Real Madrid, and many expected him to take over the league because of his recent form with Real Madrid over the past two years. Benzema won the 2022 Ballon d'Or, and he was joining the Saudi Pro League champions, who won the league last season by 72 points. This season has not been anything like last season, as Al Ittihad sits fourth in the league table with 47 points after 27 games played.

Benzema has been in drama with his manager, Marcelo Gallardo, as he didn't show up to training and was set to leave the club in January after six months of joining the Saudi Arabian club. Benzema has recently spoken about his form with Al Ittihad recently and hints about his future being uncertain next season. Benzema said, "I'm not the same Benzema of Real Madrid because it's not the same game, the same players. I need help on the pitch, I need a lot of things. I can't win games alone. We will see. For me the most important is here for the moment... let's see what happens in the future. There are many news every day. Let's see."
