Germany surprises France as they beat them 2-0 as Writz and Havertz score

Germany defeated France 2-0 in a friendly match at the Groupama Stadium. After two defeats in their last two friendlies against Turkey and Austria, Germany gets a huge boost of confidence as they defeated the former World Cup Champions, who placed second in the 2022 World Cup. Germany has another tough test as they will play the Netherlands this Tuesday in another friendly match. France will play against Chile this Tuesday in another friendly match.

Straight from kick-off, Germany took the lead in just seven seconds as Toni Kroos found a great pass to Florian Wirtz, who was unmarked outside the box.
