The summer transfer window is months away, but clubs are preparing to start negotiations for players in the market. Many Premier League clubs did not spend on transfers this January transfer window, but it looks to be a smart decision to save up funds for big-money signings this summer. Manchester United, Liverpool, Tottenham, and Arsenal are interested in the same player this summer and the winger plays in the Premier League.

Man United is in search of a winger, mostly for depth. Garnacho has been playing well as a right winger, but he is naturally a left winger. Man United will look to bring in a natural right winger who is left-footed. Liverpool could be in need of a winger in case Mohamed Salah leaves this summer. Salah is a right winger, and the player they are targeting is also comfortable on the right.

Tottenham has a couple of wingers in the team, but they would like a natural right winger who is left-footed. The left-footed winger the team has is Dejan Kulusevski. Brennan Johnson has also played as the right winger but plays more on the left, where Heung Min Son. Arsenal already has a talented right winger in Bukayo Saka, but the signing of a new right winger can add more depth to the squad and competition for Saka. All four clubs have been told that the player will become a record transfer fee from the parent club. All four clubs are chasing after Pedro Neto from Wolves.

Wolves need to sell Pedro Neto this summer to avoid breaching FFP rules

Mail Sports reports that Pedro Neto is set to leave Wolves this summer to help the club meet FFP rules, and Spurs, Liverpool, Arsenal, and Man United are chasing him. Neto could cost £60m, with Wolves looking to bring in a club-record fee for the Portugal forward.

After Wolves defeated Spurs 2-1 yesterday, Wolves coach Gary O'Neil was asked about Neto to Spurs rumors and said, "We’re not planning to lose Neto. But there will always be a plan in place. The club’s stance will be decided in the summer on who we think we can lose and what the price needs to be."
