Real Madrid published a statement as the club turned 122 years old. Real Madrid's statement read, "Real Madrid celebrates 122 years of existence. On 6 March 1902, the first Board of Directors of the Madrid Foot Ball Club was officially elected. This marked the beginning of the greatest club in the world. 122 years later, Real Madrid is a benchmark in world sport with its 25 European Cups (14 in football and 11 in basketball) and holds the honor of being named by FIFA as the Best Club of the 20th Century."

Real Madrid showed off their achievements by stating, "Real Madrid's unparalleled trophy haul stands as follows: 14 European Cups, 8 Club World Cups, 5 Uefa Super Cups, 2 Uefa Cups, 35 League titles, 20 Copa del Rey's, 13 Spanish Super Cups, 1 League Cup, 2 Latin Cups, 2 Small Club World Cups 1 Iberoamerican Cup."

Former players like Sergio Ramos, Marcelo, and Pepe posted messages for the club as they celebrated their 122th anniversary. AS Monaco also shared a message for Real Madrid as they stated "For the players we share, and for those who will come! Happy 122 years of a GIANT story, Real Madrid!"

Cristiano Ronaldo posted a message for Real Madrid on his socials

After many suggested a broken relationship between Cristiano Ronaldo and Real Madrid, the Portuguese congratulated Real Madrid for 122 years of existence. Ronaldo posted on Instagram and X with a caption that read, "Congratulations on these 122 years of history, Madrid family! ¡Hala Madrid!"
