Chelsea are playing Wolves in their 23rd game of the Premier League season. Both teams are only one position off each other as Chelsea sits 10th with 31 points while Wolves are 11th with 29 points. Their last game was in late December when the Wolves won 2-1 at home.

Chelsea will look forward to the EFL Cup final this month and the replay of the 4th round of the FA Cup against Aston Villa this week. Chelsea could go up to 9th with a win against Wolves, above Newcastle United. Chelsea’s last home game in the Premier League was their 1-0 win against Fulham, and their last home game was a 6-1 win against Middlesbrough in the EFL Cup second-leg semifinal.

Wolves suffered a crazy 4-3 loss at home against Manchester United. After trailing 3-1, the Wolves came back to 3-3 in the game's last minutes, but a late Kobbie Mainoo goal from Man United confirmed the loss. Wolves did not lose in 7 games before the Man United game, but a win against Chelsea can help go above them and sit 10th in the table. Wolves' last win was their 2-0 victory against their rivals West Brom in the FA Cup.

Petrovic starts in goal for Chelsea with a different backfour of Malo Gusto, Thiago Silva, Disasi, and Chilwell. Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez are the two holding midfielders. Nkunku starts as the striker, with Gallagher, Sterling, and Palmer behind him.

Jose Sá starts in goal with a back three of Kilman, Dawson, and Toti. Semedo and Ait-Nouri play as wingbacks, while Lemina and Joao Gomes are the midfielders. Sarabia, Matheus Cunha, and Neto are the front three.
