The latest information about the Brazilian is that he has been offered to Manchester City, according to Le Parisien. The 'Citizens' have seemingly rejected a swap deal between the Brazilian star of PSG and another player of the English team. Although the name of this player has not been revealed, the French media suggests that it could have been the Portuguese midfielder Bernardo Silva.

The English side quickly responded by refusing to accept the deal, claiming that Guardiola did not want to unbalance the team's structure with the arrival of the Brazilian who is currently with his team in Japan.

Guardiola is not interested in adding more player to his squad since he already has among his ranks three major signings such as: Erling Haaland, Julian Alvarez and Kalvin Phillips.

'Ney' was also offered to other Premier League

In addition, Neymar has already been offered to Chelsea, who preferred to bring in Sterling. PSG want to find him a team as soon as possible as he has not lived up to what was expected of him and also has a guaranteed salary of €30 million net per year until 2027. However, it seems the player does not want to leave and wants to prove to the French side that he is worth the amount paid for him.
