Liverpool fans are not to blame, incidents at Champions League final in Paris
An awful night in Paris, where the event proved too big for Paris authorities to handle.

In presenting the conclusions of their report, Laurent Lafon, chairman of the French Senate's Culture Committee, and the chairman of the Law Committee, François Noël Buffet, emphasized the "failures" of the authorities in these events, attributable, according to them, to the Paris police department.
They also denounced an erroneous "analysis" by the Minister of the Interior, Gerald Darmanin, of what had happened.
Darmanin, who was quick to incriminate Liverpool's English fans before making excuses, claimed in his hearing before the senators that about 35,000 fans with counterfeit tickets, or without tickets, had shown up that night at the Stade de France.
Chairman of French Culture Committee sets the record straight
