The FC Barcelona board has contacted Robert Lewandowski, Bernardo Silva and Jules Koundé to ask them for more time. The azulgranas will not be able to complete their signing until they balance their accounts and improve their economic capacity.

FC Barcelona continues to be hampered by its delicate economic situation. Although it has already made contact with numerous footballers, the Catalan side is clear that it will not be able to sign any player until it can lighten its wage bill and balance its accounts, which are currently showing significant losses.

The situation is so critical that, as of today, the club has not been able to sign two players who would move on a free transfer (both are out of contract) and who have already agreed to the respective offers; defender Andreas Christensen and midfielder Franck Kessié.
