It is Antonio Conte's first preseason in charge of Tottenham, a club he arrived at with last season already underway. And many will not forget it. The Italian coach's demanding methods are leaving his players exhausted after each training session.

After a grueling training session, Harry Kane was left vomiting, while Son showed signs of pain from exhaustion on the ground of the training pitch after one of the strenous runs they are subjected to.

Antonio Conte is undoubtedly a physically demanding coach. The 'Daily Mail' analyzed his methods this preseason, with the aim of making Tottenham an invincible team.

Session in Korea an example of Conte’s demanding methods

The session lasted two hours in the humid atmosphere of Seoul. After the rondos and an intense 10 vs. 10 in two thirds of the field, the trainers ordered a strenuous continuous running exercise that caught the players off guard, as they had not been warned about it.

Supervised by fitness trainer Gian Piero Ventrone, the Tottenham squad had to run 42 lengths of the pitch at a fast pace, no jogging. The internationals who arrived later for training, such as Kane or Son, 'only' had to do 30.
