After the round trip, Tony Gallacher has a definition. He will finally play in Toronto FC's until December. Liverpool FC sent him on loan after arriving to an agreement with the Canadian team. The 21-year-old from Glasgow has made 32 appearances for Liverpool’s under-23 team, with two goals and one assist over two seasons.

“Tony is a young, promising defender that will provide us with additional depth on our backline for the remainder of the year,” Toronto GM Ali Curtis said in a statement Monday. “We feel his character and personality will fit well within our group.” In this way, big expectations are being created around Gallacher's arriving.

Gallacher will be the first replacement option for veteran TFC fullback Justin Morrow. Canadian Richie Laryea, who had been battling Brazil’s Auro Jr. for the right fullback position, has been covering for Morrow on the left when needed until now. Recently, the 21-year-old left-back has played 32 games for Liverpool’s under-23 team, with two screamers and one assist over two seasons.
