Marco Garcés is the Director of Operations for Los Angeles FC and previously worked for Liga MX's in Pachuca.
Garcés sees that the MLS can give players a better lifestyle and salary, unlike the Mx League.
"I think the lifestyle matters a lot, what is known from the country abroad. It is easier to recruit in the United States because the families around the player are more comfortable with what can be offered to them."
Who is Marco Garces?
Marco Garcés arrived last February to work in the MLS.
In addition, Garcés was key in the hiring of Javier Hernández at Manchester United. In his career he trained several young people such as Hirving Lozano, Héctor Herrera, Rodolfo Pizarro, among others.
