The MLS is raising its level with the arrival of great international figures to the League. One of them is the Mexican Héctor Herrera, who left Atlético de Madrid at a great time to now play soccer in the United States.
This player got tired of MLS and now he's going to play in Europe
Herrera has extensive experience in Europe, having played nine years for the Porto and Atlético de Madrid clubs. Now in North America, he wants to continue succeeding in a league that has too many Mexican fans.
His arrival at the Houston Dynamo has caused astonishment and the press expects too much from the Mexican team. That is why Herrera warns that he comes to win championships.
“I think that the project, the future that awaits us is very big and I am here to win titles. I think I have reached my best moment, where I can still give my best, where I can help the team to reach the top, to win, and I think that the main thing that motivated me to make this decision, to come to this great club, it's ambition."
Héctor Herrera left Atlético de Madrid to be important in the MLS and hopes to succeed.
"I can give my best for this project, and not in a few years [when] I could no longer give my best on the pitch."
