Many fans expected a little more from the club, such is the case of its president Leopoldo Silva, who wants to have a very successful tournament with the university team. In other words, only the championship will be enough to define the season as successful.

In an interview with TUDN, the team's president emphasized the obligation to fight for the title in all its presentations:

"We have to demand the title from Pumas. That is one of the most important goals we have, we have talked about it with the captains and team leaders. We want and need the title. That's where we're going," assured the manager.

On the other hand, he accepted that the issue of the short roster could be a problem for each of the objectives. However, it is well known how much Leopoldo has invested in order to dream of Pumas going as far as possible in the championship.

"The title has escaped us due to some circumstances. Suddenly there are limitations in the squad, but we are there. I believe that with the reinforcements we will put up a good fight. We have good expectations and we are looking to be a competitive team. Let the others say that they don't want to face us," concluded the president.
