On the days before Mexico National Team faces the World Cup Qualifiers window, in what could be a make it or break it point for El Tri, as they can either lost their spot for FIFA World Cup or earn back the top CONCACAF spot, not all the players seem to be focused.

Sponsors usually take advantage of Mexico National Team camps to record TV spots and all kinds of advertising, something that can make the players lose focus on what they’re supposed to be doing, as we’ve seen before with Guillermo Ochoa, who constantly appears in these spots.
Unlike him, Orbelín Pineda was clear about one thing prior his arrival in Mexico City for El Tri camp, as he requested to be fully focused on training instead of losing time in the advertisement that El Tri players must do, teaching a lesson of hard work to his teammates.

“El Maguito” debuted with Mexico National Team in 2016, when Juan Carlos Osorio was El Tri coach. So far, the 25-year-old left-winger has played a total of 43 games wearing Mexico’s colors, recording six goals and the same number of assistances.
