After getting injured on the last FIFA match window, on the last game EL Tri played against Panama, Hirving “Chucky” Lozano was able to fully recover in less time than what was expected and will be able to play with Mexico National Team in the last CONCACAF Qualifiers match window.

Lozano was able to play a couple games with Napoli after been out of activity for over a month, giving him the time needed to get back on track and gain the regularity needed not only to play with El Tri, but also to close as best as possible the current season.

And his good performances haven’t gone unnoticed, as the 26-year-old right-winger, who shares agent with Erling Haaland, has been offered to some of the best European teams, including Atlético Madrid, Real Madrid and even FC Barcelona.

After the 4-0 victory of the Blaugranas in El Clásico, it seems like Barcelona has returned to the first pages of European soccer, as they have been playing exceptionally well since Xavi Hernández took over the team, when it seemed like they were becoming a mid-table team.

Barcelona looking to improve for next season

On the press conference, when asked about the future, Xavi Hernández revealed that they are looking to strengthen the squad for the 2022-23 season, as they know they’re improving but there’s a lot left to do to be able to win La Liga again.

And according to reports from sports media Mundo Deportivo, even if the French right-winger Ousmane Dembéle had an outstanding performance in El Clásico, he won’t be part of Barcelona next season, as he’s set to leave the Catalonian team as soon as the current season ends.

That’s why Barcelona and Xavi are already looking for a player that could replace Dembéle, and it seems like Hirving Lozano is the perfect player, as he’s showed that he’s able to play at a high level in one of the top 5 European leagues.

How much will Barcelona have to pay to acquire him?

According to reports, Napoli wouldn’t let “Chucky” Lozano leave the Azzurri for less than $50 million, a figure that they already lowered in recent days, as they’re hoping to decrease the expenses for next season, and the departure of the Mexican winger could help them do just that.
