This is a player who will no longer see more minutes in the competition and his cycle with El Tri has come to an end.

Andres Guardado, Real Betis player, was injured in the match between Mexico and Argentina on the last day of the World Cup. The midfielder had a very tiring match and apparently a pulled muscle left him out of the match and therefore, out of the competition if Mexico is eliminated.
