Romario Andrés Ibarra Mina is an Ecuadorian soccer player who plays as an attacking midfielder for Club de Fútbol Pachuca of Liga MX 2022.

He is also known for being the younger brother of fellow Ecuadorian soccer player Renato Ibarra.
