It was announced that Tigres UANL suspended a player who was accused of aggression, and the club's board of directors decided to remove the player from the team.

Through a press release, the team that plays at the "Volcán" informed that the player was separated from the rest of the squad while investigations are carried out.

According to the press release issued by the Felino team, the player suspended from the team for having been accused of aggression is Raymundo Fulgencio

According to the press release, the decision was made after the club's board became aware of the existence of a video circulating on social networks, in which Fulgencio is accused of having "participated in an incident in Veracruz".

The club's board of directors also informed in the statement that: "In commitment to the Club's values and in constant work to eradicate violence in soccer, we have taken the decision to temporarily separate the player from all activities with the team while the corresponding investigations are carried out". 

As stated by the Felino Club, the institution will work with the necessary authorities to clarify the case, in which the Mexican right-winger is involved, accused of aggression. 

What was the aggression Raymundo Fulgencio is accused of?

According to the information reported by Mexican media and the video that has gone viral in social networks, Fulgencio and another person hit someone on the ground, who was lying unconscious.

When both people stop kicking the person on the ground, a woman who apparently accompanies the victim waits on one side for them to leave when they stop hitting him in order to get closer to help him.

According to information released by the Mexican media, the victim's name is Axel Cedillo and it was he himself who filed the complaint with the authorities.

Raymundo Fulgencio arrived at Tigres in the 2019-2020 season, and since then has played 39 matches with the Felinos, in which he has scored 1 goal and provided 3 assists. 

So far, no more is known about the accusation, but everything seems to indicate that Fulgencio will remain sidelined from the first team until things are clarified.
