Club América keeps disappointing in Liga MX, as they lost on Estadio Azteca against Atlético San Luis for the 4th round of Clausura 2022, club that hadn’t earned a single point in the current season prior their visit to Las Águilas.

At one point of the game, Las Águilas were down on the score by 3 goals, and after Miguel Layún was sent off for stomping in Facundo Waller’s leg, Club América was set to be the laughingstock of Liga MX, although they managed to score two goals on the last minutes to make the score a little more balanced.

But one thing was clear after the game: Santiago Solari doesn’t know what to do with the team and some of the players know it. After four rounds of Clausura 2022, the squad gives the impression of being adrift and Solari’s stint looks closer to coming to an end.
